2.1 where the materials or equipments for the vessel contain any defects whatsoever or are not in compliance with the requirements of the specifications in any respect, once confirmed by the ccs class, the buyer is entitled to demand for a replacement or repairing.
2.2 where the construction process is delayed due to the difficulty in ordering materials, equipments, backup products or supplier products, with prior written consent of the buyer or the buyer's representative(s), the seller may adopt such substitutes which meet the requirements of ccs class. if such substitution involves ship performance and specifications subject to ship inspections, such substitution shall also be approved by ccs class.
2.3 during the performance of the contract, where the buyer proposes reasonable modification that is not within the scope of this contract, class modifications or in the design drawings, any costs incurred or saved hereof shall be settled through negotiation between the parties. but such modification should be confirmed by ccs class

supervision
3.1
the necessary inspections of the vessel, its machinery, equipment and outfitting shall be carried out by the classification society throughout the entire period of construction, in order to ensure that the construction of the vessel is duly performed in accordance with the specifications.
3.2
not withstanding and other provisions in this moa (including this appendixes), the buyer’s representatives may attend all tests, trials and inspections of the vessel and in the event that the buyer's representative(s) discovers that construction or material or workmanship is not deemed to conform to the requirements of specifications, once confirmed by the ccs class surveyor, the buyer's representative(s) shall promptly give the seller a notice in writing as to such non-conformity.
upon receipt of such notice from the buyer's representative(s), the seller shall correct such non-conformity. during all working hours during construction of the vessel at all time
